I Am A Thing

A personal commission to illustrate a picture book called 'I Am a Thing'. This story promotes being 'different' and accepting each person as an individual. In the illustrations above, you can see Woolly and Spikey (the two 'Things' of the story) comparing their differences. 

I included the author as character in the book, inspired by an old photograph, now you can see him hiding in the tree, on the back cover of the book!
